Completed in spring 2021, the Park-Residenz 08 vacation apartment is located in a restored historic half-timbered house (Haus Park-Residenz). Inside, the property welcomes you with a modern entryway. From here, you’ll find, among other things, the open-concept living/dining area, which features a stylish dining nook, a comfortable sofa arrangement with a flat-screen TV, and a great kitchen. All rooms are also heated by comfortable underfloor heating.
Thanks to the comfortable bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed and a wardrobe—which also features a safe—the vacation rental offers ample space for two people. But even a small family will find this apartment to be their vacation home with a guaranteed sense of well-being, thanks to an additional sleeping option. Those who need complete darkness to sleep will appreciate the blinds in every room. Additionally, pleated shades are installed in all rooms. All windows are also fitted with fly screens that block pollen, ensuring a comfortable stay even for those with allergies.

On the grounds of the former historic “Hotel Sonnenhof,” there are now three buildings with a total of 28 residential units. The “Park-Residenz” was converted from the hotel’s existing building and, following a comprehensive renovation, now offers eight modern vacation apartments. The “Dünen-Residenz” and “Panorama-Residenz” were newly constructed on the property and offer twelve and eight residential units, respectively.
The “Dünen-Residenz,” completed in spring 2021, is located on Wustrow’s famous Strandstraße. Similar to the “Panorama-Residenz,” it was newly built and features twelve and eight residential units, respectively, all of which are accessible by elevator. Each residential unit has a parking space in the underground garage as well as a storage room measuring approximately 5 square meters.
