About this cabin rental
Close to everything - our cabin is a large home with plenty of space for hanging out, playing games, and spending quality time together with friends and family. It features central air conditioning fireplace, hot tub, game room, and views of the lake and slopes! Pet friendly with an enclosed yard to keep your pets and children safe. A bonus room with arcade games, foosball, and x-box for the teenagers, and it's stocked full of games and books!
*Holidays require a 3-4 night minimum.
*Weekends must include Friday - Sunday. No Saturday check-in.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit (14 guests)
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. (14 guests max)
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign(6).
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Place was great. Good for a large group, appreciated that the bunks were adult sized. We did have issues with the hot tub shorting out so wasn’t able to fully enjoy that, hopefully they will get that fixed. Also fyi the game room is located off the garage and not apart of the main house so didn’t use it much. Would probably stay here again.

This home was perfect for 3 families with young kids. Bedrooms were great and living spaces perfect for our group size of 10. Annie was very communicative leading up to our check in and during our stay. She went above and beyond to replace a broken microwave within hours of reporting the issue, which was greatly appreciated, especially with young kids. Overall, a great stay!

Loved the well stocked firewood. We had a great fire in the fireplace. Lots of games provided, well stocked. Comfortable beds, great game room (accessible through garage) and used the hot tub and firepit! Great for a whole extended family with seniors and children!

We enjoyed our stay, however the house was not very clean. The spa had algae but the host had a spa guy out within an hour to clean it. There was only one bath towel per guest and no extra towels for spa use. There was also construction right next door with hammering going on from 7a-4pm frim Thursday- Saturday. The host comped us a extra night due to these issues. The house was comfortable and accommodated our family of 12.
