Located between Aix en Provence and the picturesque villages of the Luberon, our villa offers all the comfort and equipment necessary for a relaxing and comfortable stay. From the terrace of the house, the view is magnificent and makes you happy from the morning.

EXTERIOR:
Large swimming pool below (14X6) surrounded by a garden of 7000m2 with olive trees, lawns, flower beds of Provence.
The accommodation: located on the hillside, and overlooking the valley, the view from the terrace is exceptional. The house, on 2 living levels has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for 6 people.

* A modern and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, ideal for preparing your meals while staying in touch with your loved ones.
* A spacious living room with a large dining table and a comfortable and bright living room.
* A large terrace of 100m2 with garden furniture plus a covered patio with large table.

* WC in the entrance.
* A 30m2 bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, offering direct access to the outside. A large dressing room, dresser, set of armchairs and coffee table.

- FLOOR:
* Room with Tropezian terrace: A bright room with a private terrace for moments of relaxation in complete privacy. The interior space, elegantly decorated in a style combining authenticity and modernity, includes a comfortable 160x200 bed. The terrace, a real asset of this room, is equipped with an outdoor lounge.
* Open space room: in an authentic and warm setting, this open space room offers a very friendly atmosphere. It fits harmoniously into a large living space with exposed beams and natural tones. Equipped with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into 2 90x200 beds, it combines charm and functionality. Although the space is open, a carefully designed layout guarantees a certain privacy while promoting the conviviality of holiday homes.

- EXTERIORS:
The main terrace is equipped with a BBQ/Plancha
The swimming pool: located below the house, it is surrounded by a 100m2 natural stone beach. A trellis allows you to rest in the shade, on deckchairs (6) and to have snacks / aperitifs. 2 round tables and 6 chairs.
Light tableware is specially dedicated to the pool.

Laundry room: a washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
At the back of the house, a nap area with a swing.

Travellers' access: you have the whole house, the swimming pool and its enclosed garden. It is possible to park 3 cars.
Linen is provided.

Another note: We recommend special attention for very young children given the presence of stairs in the house and on the terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool.
