Located about 30 minutes from the beaches of Pornichet / La Baule and Nantes, you can discover the tourist treasures of our region: the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Trentemoult small typical fishing village, or the wild coast and the customs path, the Brière, the ramparts of Guérande, Pornic...
Between two visits or returning from the beach, you can relax in the outdoor swimming pool (in season) and enjoy evenings with friends or family around the barbecue.
The house La Houlette is spread over 2 levels.
You will find on the first floor:
* A pleasant comfortable living room inviting you to share moments,
* A living room with a table that can accommodate 8 people,
* A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils),
* Two bright and spacious bedrooms each with a double bed 160,
* A third bedroom with 2 single pull-out beds,
* A large, modern and refined bathroom with its large walk-in shower,
* A separate toilet
Upstairs, you will find:
* A mezzanine area that invites you to relax and read,
* Two bright bedrooms under the eaves each with a 160 cm double bed; one of them has an office area that can be used for teleworking,
* A spacious bathroom with a double sink and a bathtub.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. In the kitchen, dish towels and sponges are available.
