Douglas Terrace sits along the shoreline in Broughty Ferry, within walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries. Broughty Castle, sandy beaches and coastal paths are all nearby. The area is also well placed for golf, with Carnoustie and St Andrews within easy reach.

Villa by the Sea offered the perfect opportunity to step back from busy lives and spend time with friends. The accomodation was exceptionally as was the location . Broughty Ferry has lots to offer from independent shops , cafes and wine bars/pubs . The whole experience was exceptional, with the service from the agent adding to this.
More bar seats in the kitchen, as this was often the hub where we congregated. These could be stackable so they could be stored when not in use.

Visited for my mums 70th birthday, house and location both great. Town has plenty of options to eat and drink too.

This place was better than we imagined. All 4 of us kept commenting on how spacious and well appointed this house was. From the fully equipped kitchen to the large bedrooms this had it all. Beautiful backyard and amazing views of the water. Perfectly located for our golfing with lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The parking was easy and check-in was seamless. Thank you for letting us stay at your incredible place!

A well appointed spacious property ideal for family celebration get together. Ideal location with opportunities to satisfy all age ranges, from shopping, museums, golf and just soaking up the super view in the sunshine from the lovely garden.
