The Fermette du Moulin de Rochopt was originally built along the Yerres before 1224.
Fully renovated yet still full of charm, it combines vintage character with modern comfort.
Gather around the two long refectory tables for shared meals, enjoy board games in the cozy common room with sofas and armchairs, sing your heart out (karaoke available on request), listen to the river’s gentle murmur, watch squirrels visit the trees, or explore the garden with a metal detector.
Canoeing, hiking, fishing, and cultural visits following the footsteps of the Impressionists — come experience the peaceful rhythm of the Val d’Yerres along the scenic “fil vert” trail.
