About this apartment rental
Stay at this beautiful renovated suite (Dec 2020) in Orlando just a few minutes away from Universal studio with a gorgeous lake view. The Enclave offers everything from 3 pools inside and out, 24 hr Gym, restaurants, front desk, security, play yard, bar and so much more. The unit is 1.8 km from Universal Studios Orlando and 10 minute drive to Disney. . This apartment is 1.9 km from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and 3 km from International Drive Orlando.
The apartment is unique is one-of-a-kind. Apartment has balcony with views of Universal Orlando & lake views. It's also one of the only condos at the complex with a mid-size refrigerator & fully functional kitchen. The unit is fully renovated as of Dec 2020! Fireworks can also be seen from the balcony

Continental BREAKFAST daily adjacent to the FOOD COURT from 7 am-10 am ( $3.99) or upgrade to hot breakfast buffet for $5.99 .
THE MARKETPLACE PUB - restaurant /bar on site . Food + Drinks ( daily specials ) Open 5 pm to 12am .
Walk across the street to the Pirates Dinner Adventure . Entertainment , acrobatics, dinner show packages available.
Whole Foods Market , located only 5 min away , Walmart 6 minutes away and countless shopping , restaurants, bars walking distance on International drive .
For Universal Studios I recommend Uber or Lyft rides ( costs around $5 -$7)
There are coin laundry facilities on the 3rd & 4th floors, plus ice machine & vending machine on the 5th floor. There are 2 elevators located on the south side of the building. There are 2 stairwells - one is right outside the unit & the other is near the elevators. There are over 200 world class attractions, dining options, nightlife, shops, and shows within walking distance of the apartment.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags.
The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available also because of COVID. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.
From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .
Do note there is no smoking in the rooms

The place was definitely very clean and the owner was responsive! The location couldn’t be beat if you’re going for a Universal trip and don’t want to pay the resort price. This place is simple, comparable to a hotel room with a kitchenette. Everything we needed for a short Universal stay.

The place was exactly as described in the listing , mark gave clear & easy check in instruction & was prompt with communication , close to a lot things my kid loved the indoor & outdoor pool even made a friend while we were there! It was the perfect stay! Hope to stay again soon!

The location is really good but the unit is really meant for 2, maybe a 3rd small person but definitely NOT meant for 4. It was not furnished for 4 people. Now i swe one of rhe reviews alao said the same thing. 1. there was one double bed, plus a twin. The flip down twin would not fit even 2 skinny adults. There is a crease in the middle so the one person cant turn like u r in a bed. We ended up having to get an airbed for the 4th person.2. The kichen is quite small w 2 stoves, a med pot and a small frying pan. A tiny breakfast table w 2 chairs. So for breakfast for 4, we had to cook the eggs, oatmeal in thr pot, then wash the pan to cook anything else. There is no oven so not really meant for cooking a dinner meal of 4 either.We are not 4 big people and we have a difficult time with bed arrangement and small kitchen area. I think the description should be changed. To say it can support 4 seems abit far stretched. We were there for 5 nights too ! The owner said they'd drop off a day later an airbed but ended up late responding till after 3rd night. So is good that we got ourselves an airbed, kept it so we could at least sleep properly foe 5 nightS. I have taken pictures to share.
