About this apartment rental
Stay at this beautiful renovated suite (Dec 2020) in Orlando just a few minutes away from Universal studio with a gorgeous lake view. The Enclave offers everything from 3 pools inside and out, 24 hr Gym, restaurants, front desk, security, play yard, bar and so much more. The unit is 1.8 km from Universal Studios Orlando and 10 minute drive to Disney. . This apartment is 1.9 km from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and 3 km from International Drive Orlando.
The apartment is unique is one-of-a-kind. Apartment has balcony with views of Universal Orlando & lake views. It's also one of the only condos at the complex with a mid-size refrigerator & fully functional kitchen. The unit is fully renovated as of Dec 2020! Fireworks can also be seen from the balcony

Continental BREAKFAST daily adjacent to the FOOD COURT from 7 am-10 am ( $3.99) or upgrade to hot breakfast buffet for $5.99 .
THE MARKETPLACE PUB - restaurant /bar on site . Food + Drinks ( daily specials ) Open 5 pm to 12am .
Walk across the street to the Pirates Dinner Adventure . Entertainment , acrobatics, dinner show packages available.
Whole Foods Market , located only 5 min away , Walmart 6 minutes away and countless shopping , restaurants, bars walking distance on International drive .
For Universal Studios I recommend Uber or Lyft rides ( costs around $5 -$7)
There are coin laundry facilities on the 3rd & 4th floors, plus ice machine & vending machine on the 5th floor. There are 2 elevators located on the south side of the building. There are 2 stairwells - one is right outside the unit & the other is near the elevators. There are over 200 world class attractions, dining options, nightlife, shops, and shows within walking distance of the apartment.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags.
The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available also because of COVID. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.
From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .
Do note there is no smoking in the rooms

Overall our stay was great. My daughter and I were visiting for an extended weekend and the room was perfect for what we needed. Room was nice but property needed a little TLC. Host was great and communicated well. We were there during, what I would call peak season, spring break and it seemed there was hardly anyone there. I would say the room is best for 2 maybe 3 guests, but I think you can tell that by looking at the photos.

The Studio apartment was clean and the location is perfect. Able to communicate with property manager when needed. Honestly, the room can sleep 3 comfortably but the “lean back” chair is not comfortable for a long stay. Might be great for a night or 2 but not comfortable for more than 2 nights. Would prefer a pull out bed as a secondly option. The best part about the property, it’s family-friendly and they have access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor and they all have hot jacuzzis.
