About this apartment rental

Come and stay in the town that USA Today`s readers named as the number one ski town in the country! With Year round attractions and activities for the whole family literally at the doorstep of your own luxury ski/out condo right at the base of Cranmore Mountain. This property is professionally managed and appointed to an extremely high standard. no expense was spare on furnishing or appliances. Come and vacation the right way!

With an exceptionally spacious master suite that can be closed off for complete privacy and tranquility, you will always have a space to `escape from the kids`. Two further bedrooms - one queen and one with two twin beds, make this condo spacious enough for a large or extended family vacation or for two small families vacationing together.

Intitial access is will be through the main entrance of the condo building, where you pass your own dedicated ski storage locker room on the way to the condo door. What makes this condo so special is the unique corner lot which gives such great natural light! Most of all, it allows you your own private entrance directly from the slopes in to your living room.

This property is professionally managed to a high standard. Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as it can possibly be and beyond. Allowing you to relax and unwind is our top priority and we work tirelessly to ensure this is exactly the type of vacation you sign up for. We are always on hand if you have any problems during your stay and will always deal with them in an efficient and timely manner.

There are so many activities to indulge in and experience at the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums, it`s easy to forget that North Conway is minutes away. Between Cranmore, the town, and the surrounding mountains, you can get the vacation you`ve always craved without the hustle and bustle of a city.
North Conway has a burgeoning foodie scene, showcasing over 60 restaurants that range from fine dining, ethnic cuisine, and family-friendly fare to unique food trucks, craft burger joints and farm-to-table eateries. Additionally, The Valley Originals features a group of locally-owned and operated restaurants, each exceptional in their ambiance, recipes and service.

There`s always something active to do throughout the year. In winter, North Conway and the surrounding area offers downhill and cross-country skiing at variety of mountain resorts, ice skating, sleigh rides, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.

Summer attractions in the Mt. Washington Valley will take you up, down and around the mountains, and even back to your childhood! Family favorites include Story Land, Conway Scenic Railroad, Mt. Washington Auto Road, and lots more. Hike or mountain bike through miles and miles of trails in the White Mountain National Forest, go kayaking and canoeing along the Saco River. Play golf at one of the Valley`s many scenic golf courses, tour a brewery and distillery, go zip lining over the trees, go fishing or swimming in one of the many lakes, rivers and streams. You`ll never run out of fun things to see and do!

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Mini-split AC in all rooms.
All ski equipment should be stored in the private members locker area on the entry level of the building.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is stocked with K-cups, tea, and creamers. It also has olive oil, cooking oil, seasonings and lots of cooking pots/pans/dishes. Check-in was super simple, as was checkout. As noted by others, check-out is early (9am) which makes it difficult with children. The beds were very comfy, the heat good (it went to zero when we were there). Lots of hot water. The ski lift is a short walk down the hallway and out the backdoor. Perfect for our needs.I suggest bringing your own pool towels, extra bath towels, and washcloths. Please note that for winter guests, the pool is a short walk from the condo over by the tubing center.

Beds very comfortable. Loved the ground floor for our grandchildren who are 4 and 6 years old. Close walk to the pool. It was nice to have our space at night. The air conditioning was nice. Convenient to downtown. Quiet and peaceful.
