My school french and google were not enough...
Car park outside front door, breakfast left outside in a box first day (despite being told it would be inside and laid out). Two of everything, which we were advised to leave outside on the table to be washed (as only bathroom sink in accommodation). Had to ask everyday for cutlery / glasses to be replaced. Would put two glasses on the table to be washed up in the morning, but wouldn't get them back. Very strange...
