Big open living spaces with expansive views from every room. Private Waterfront has beach area and private waterfront Pavilion, then stairs down to Long Island Sound, for the low tide beach. This lovely cottage is the perfect place for a large family gathering, with a quick walk to Madison Center and Madison Town Green. Located in the middle of Madison’s prime waterfront, with a short walk to both East Wharf Beach and West Wharf Beach.

The house was perfect for our large family to gather as we prepared for a family wedding down the street. We went swimming in the sound, lots of walking in the beautiful area.The host was beyond helpful and kind and we LOVED the location. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the beach was perfect. There were lots of bedrooms and space for small groups to gather to play games or dine together. My only complaint is there were not enough lights in the living room for reading. We had a wonderful time!

Location was perfect. House was perfect. Host thought of everything, the water shoes were a lifesaver. Everyone had a blast on the kayaks.
