The apartment "Francesco" is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".The apartment, located on the first floor, is a 45 square meter studio that can accommodate2 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette, one balcony with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a German coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A covered private parking space and swimming pool shared with the rest of the residence.Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen. Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale.
