**MASTER BEDROOM**
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own private bathroom. Clean up after a relaxing day at the beach in the double shower. Open the picture widow that overlooks the porch for a glimpse of the ocean.
**SECOND BEDROOM**
The second bedroom also has a king bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 and separated by a jack and jill bath. Unwind at night with your favorite streaming apps on the roku tv or open the picture window for a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean.
**THIRD BEDROOM**
The third bedroom has two single beds and shares the jack and jill bath with bedroom number 2. Right outside the door is the open living area, so everyone can come together. You will never be too far from the action.
From the custom made pantry door, the high end granite counters, the black stainless steel appliances, and the high-end laundry area, you’ll feel right at home.
**FIRST FLOOR UNIT**
The bottom floor guest suite has its own private entrance, perfect for multiple families, with its huge bedroom with two queen beds and full bath and a fold out couch bed.
The downstairs is also complete with a custom bar, arcade games, a foosball table, and living hangout space! Enjoy the second full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and backsplash - perfect for late night snacks or easy access to the outdoor grill, fire pit, and hot tub!
There's also ample parking - enough for 4-5 cars (size depending).

We had a great stay. We were close to most everything we wanted to do. The house was nice and very clean, all the beds were comfortable, and the downstairs space for two of the people in our group worked out perfectly. All of our questions were answered quickly.

What a fun place to stay! The Honey Birch has everything you could possibly need, and then some! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable and the downstairs was a fun evening time hangout. My pup loved the backyard and we loved the hot tub! Be prepared for some steps to get to the main floor, but so worth it. Views of the ocean on the front porch swing area a perfect accompaniment to a morning cup of coffee. Easy walk to the beach. The hosts are great and responsive. Would love to make it back here again!

The fenced in yard is large and perfect for pets. One of the best features at this house. Location to beach and the Windy Hill area in general is great! It was wonderful to find hand soap and salt/pepper provided but bring your own lighter if planning on using fire pit or grill. Property was clean when we arrived - no trace of previous dog visitors. The king bed with the jacknjill bath was overly soft - think sleeping in a hammock. If you like firm mattresses choose a different bedroom. The living room furniture was very nice and of course very cool bar counter. Pac Man was a hit for all as was the corn hole found in the garage. Property did show a little wear and tear but overall a great visit to the beach.
