Enjoy a beautifully remodeled Central Point getaway for up to 4 guests, featuring a covered hot tub on the back patio & EV charger! Close to dining, shops, wineries, breweries, parks, hospitals & more! Just 5 min to Jackson County Fairgrounds, 15 min to historic Jacksonville for the Britt Music Festival, & 25 min to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival. Take a day trip to Crater Lake National Park or explore nearby Table Rock Trail Head. Your Southern Oregon adventure awaits!

The living room has a sofa, two chairs, 50` smart TV and a Roku streaming stick with remote. Streaming services are available with guest`s own accounts. There is a small selection of board games as well for at home entertainment.

There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, closets and luggage racks.

The renovated bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror, beautiful tiled stand-up shower with soap, shampoo and body wash provided.

The newly designed kitchen has tiled backsplash and solid surface countertops, full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided.

There is a small dining table with 4 chairs and beautiful chandelier in the dining area next to the kitchen with a coffee bar which has a Keurig & French Press coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea.

Enjoy the small private fenced outdoor patio with covered hot tub! Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring! There is a gas BBQ grill outside and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. There is also a set of patio furniture for relaxing outdoors.

We also have a full-size stackable washer and dryer available for guest use.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles.

This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard and one camera on the garage pointing to the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest`s privacy when they stay at our house.

We allow one dog (under 50lbs) per reservation with pet fee. Please keep your pets on a leash while in the front yard and please see house rules for more details and additional pet rules. Sorry, no cats or other animals allowed.

Check in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent 72hrs prior to your arrival. Check out instructions will be sent the night before checkout.
Pet Rules:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee applied after booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom shower. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 65 degrees.
