Only select suites offer ocean or Intracoastal Waterway views. Views cannot be guaranteed.
Wireless Internet is complimentary for up to 4 devices for basic browsing and email. Enhanced High-Speed Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6–10 days, or $59.95 for 11–30 days.
A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check-in.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

The Key West Building will undergo renovations from July 31 through October 26, 2026. All units in the Key West Building, along with the Key West pool, will be unavailable during this project. Guests may experience construction activity. Dates are subject to change.

Valid government-issued photo identification and a major credit card are required at check-in.
Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
Enhanced Wi-Fi upgrades and incidental charges are collected directly by the resort.
Our prices include all booking fees. Resort-imposed optional charges are collected separately.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization of $250 from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check-in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check.

The resort was awesome. We had a great time. The room had everything we could need. It was clean and well stocked. The beach access and pool /hot tub was great plenty of parking. Will be back

The property itself was what I was expecting. Good location, helpful staff, nice amenities. Our room was definitely different than what was shown, not in a good way. Check-in was confusing and made difficult by "Christian." They "accidently " had our dates wrong twice and then had us switching rooms in the middle of our trip. Not feasible with 2 children. Hotel staff has said this is the 3rd issue with this host that they know of. I'll avoid using VRBO all together going forward dude to the stress this caused on the first day of our trip. Not worth it.
