Welcome to your year round tropical escape in sunny South Florida. Conveniently located near The Breakers, Singer Island Beach, Jupiter Beach, and Lake Worth Beach, this spacious getaway is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and unforgettable memories with family and friends.
One of the biggest highlights of the home is the heated saltwater pool, perfect for swimming any time of day and enjoyable year round. Gentle on the skin and always inviting, the pool area is paired with a large covered tiki lounge featuring a Smart TV, outdoor dining areas, and comfortable seating overlooking the backyard oasis.
Inside, the home offers plenty of space to relax and entertain. The oversized loft includes a pool table, entertainment area, and queen pullout couch, creating the perfect hangout space for guests of all ages. Smart TVs are located throughout the home along with high speed WiFi and hundreds of cable channels for endless entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quality cookware, and generous counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for groups and families during your stay.
The sleeping arrangements are spacious and comfortable for both short and extended stays. The master suite, also known as the Crème de la Crème Room, features a king bed, Smart TV, and private en suite bathroom. The Blue Majesty Room includes a king bed and Smart TV, while the Green Love Room offers a cozy queen bed. The Grey Bedroom features a centrally located king bed for added convenience. The upstairs loft includes a queen pullout couch along with additional entertainment space.
Additional features include a brand new central AC system installed in September 2025, fresh interior paint throughout the home, high speed WiFi, multiple Smart TVs, and two outdoor dining and seating areas perfect for enjoying the Florida weather.
The home is pet friendly for up to two dogs with prior approval.
Please note that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with families and elderly neighbors nearby. Quiet hours are observed daily from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Winter Pool Heating Expectations:
During November through March, cooler weather and cold fronts may affect pool temperatures. The pool heater is designed to warm the water up to 25 degrees above the outdoor temperature. During especially cold days, the pool may not reach the set temperature. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Taylor’s place! It was such a perfect location, so spacious and had lots of room for us and our kids. The pool was amazing but I wished it got more sun throughout the day. The privacy trees are super nice but they do block the sun-however the heater helped keep the water warm! The tiki bar area was very enjoyable too & I loved the fact that when we were inside we pretty much had 2 living spaces and the huge loft for our kiddos! We will definitely look forward to coming back again

This house is great for accommodating guests who need several bedrooms, as it offers 3 king beds and 1 queen. It was also nice to have 2 separate living rooms with large TVs. The kids enjoyed the pool, although there were an abundance of mosquitos in the pool area, and the pool table, which is now located in the loft area. Rooms and furniture had been rearranged and did not match up with the pictures, but the new arrangement makes sense and offers good sleeping and living space. It is an older house with a lot of 'wear and tear' but overall it was nice for our stay. I also appreciate how responsive the owner, Taylor, was throughout our stay - addressing any question/concern we had.
