This remodeled craftsman home is spacious and comfortable, fully upgraded, and blocks from Piedmont Park and dozens of restaurants and downtown. Includes Private off street parking.
**We have a 2 to 3 night minimum based on the dates you choose, rates vary.
The Space:
This beautiful 3300sf craftsman home has lots of space and light, fully stocked kitchen, and all rooms have plush hotel bedding and TVs. Enjoy the amazing backyard pool and living space, which includes flat screen TVs, outdoor grill and smoker with dining area, beautiful garden in the summer time, and 2 fire pits. (pool is closed Nov-March).

Guests will have access to all spaces, and none of the spaces are shared, including the back yard.

The house is in Midtown, one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods, with a unique mix of homes, apartments, offices, and Georgia Tech. It’s a very walkable area of the city, within easy reach of Piedmont Park, Beltline Atlanta, and Ponce City Market.

Piedmont Park: 0.6 miles. Georgia World Congress Center: 2.3 miles. Americas Mart:1.7 miles. Ponce City Market: 0.5 miles. Georgia Aquarium:1.4 miles. Fox Theater: 0.8 miles. Getting Around:
Walking or Uber/Lyft are preferred methods of transportation in Midtown. There are also city bike rentals and scooter rentals all over the neighborhood (apps Lime and Bird) Closest MARTA train station is North Ave, which is the best way to get to and from Mercedes Benz Stadium.

**If you smoke anything in this House you will be charged. Please No loud noise outside after hours or my neighbors will complain. We do not allow hosting events or parties here for this reason.
Please note there is a guest house behind this property that is also a rental. You won't see them and they won't see you as they come and go using the back alley and don't have access to the back yard. Also the windows facing the back yard are heavily frosted so they can't see anything.

We went for my niece's graduation and it was worth it! Stewart thought of everything for a fun or relaxing stay at his place while in Atlanta. It is the perfect location and has many things near it, close to interstate for those that want to explore, but many things to do right at the property. Very spacious and a alot of hidden gems that the booking doesn't mention. When initially booking I expected some things to be as listed but not all and then some. This review is based on the youngest in my group being 17. If you're looking for a kid friendly spot this may not be it, but if you're not, BOOK NOW!!!.

This home is spacious, well decorated, and lovely The reason it’s not 5 stars across is due to the fact that there was no indication in the description of the property that a guest house with frosted windows that can be rented. This sits in the backyard of this property. Although the guest house is fenced off and locked out of the home’s backyard, it essentially sits on the patio of this property. This was not a pleasant surprise. The guest house wasn’t rented until a few days into our stay but this is important to know. It felt a bit too close for comfort, and an awkward feeling knowing other guests are present. Our host, Stewart, was very responsive when we had any questions. The location of this home was perfect for us. It’s very convenient in town location. This home sits on a quiet street with ample parking. The beds were comfortable and nice water pressure in the showers.
