This was an amazing location. Very convenient to the water, Moody Gardens, and shops. House was comfy and accommodated 5 adults and 2 kids very nicely. Host was extremely quick with responses to questions. Be ready to climb steps all day especially with little ones. If you are a true cook, the kitchen utensils and pots/ pans are the best. Can opener didn't work well and there was no potato peeler. The gas stove however was AMAZING!!! Also, the grill outside is not the best but it does the trick!! The water pressure isn't the best but it's relaxing. The balcony is great at sunrise and sunset. Beds were good to dine but not for others, it's personal preference and host can't meet everyone's mattress type. The foosball table was missing some of the rubber handles and scratched and poked a few of us as we walked by them. Just be careful. Overall nice and calm place. If you seek perfection this house isn't for you. If you seek calm, chill, warm, and welcoming, THIS IS IT!!!

The location was very convenient to Moody Gardens. It was clean and we all loved the pool table. There was good hot water pressure and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Suggest the following:Add an ice maker for refrigerator; add a dishwasher; repair or replace dryer; replace billiard cues .The neighboring property on right (south) side is an eyesore.
