Breathe, Relax and Unwind in a coastal feeling, cozy and spacious 2 bedroom condo (1100 sqft - 102sqm) in the "Avalon at Clearwater" gated community. Easy to access from both Tampa International Airport (25 min) and St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport (15 min).
Situated 8 to 10 minutes of relaxed driving to the famous Clearwater Beach (ranked No1. in the US and one of the top 10 beaches in the world) the condo features a spacious living room adjacent to an open concept kitchen and dinette. Cabinets contain glassware, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.
In the living area there are a 3 seat sofa and a loveseat. For your entertainment there is a flat panel HDTV with digital TV service and WiFi internet. Each bedroom sports its own Smart TV where you could watch your favourite streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc) as well as PlutoTV, featuring tens of free entertainment and news channels, all in the comfort of your bed.
Master bedroom provides a king size bed while the second bedroom, of a very good size itself, sports 2 double beds and a walk-in closet. Condo sleeps 4 adults comfortable. Contact owner for your specific needs.
Two NEW (2025) bathrooms featuring modern shower stalls are at your disposition; the en-suite one accessible from the master bedroom and yielding to a good size walk-in closet for your suitcases and hanged clothes. Iron and ironing board are available in the walk-in.
The second bathroom is situated near the guests bedroom and is accessible from the main living area/corridor.
Laundry room situated near the kitchen area includes full-size washer and dryer.
Linens, pillows, bath towels and hair dryer are provided as well as beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach going activities.
The backyard-facing balcony, equipped with patio furniture, allows you to enjoy the gentle warmth of the evenings.
The complex has numerous places to park your car. There are no designated spots so park wherever you want. The building is very conveniently placed steps away from the clubhouse and the heated (if needed) water pool. The condo is placed at a perfect distance from the pool/barbecue area so whatever little noise might be issued from there is completely dampened by the time it reaches your windows.
Across the street there is a "Publix" supermarket. 24/7 Walmart is 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. "Abe's Place Tap & Grill" restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front.
Cycling enthusiasts, bring over your bicycles to enjoy the "Pinellas Trail"!
Must be over 25 to book. NO PETS whether large or small, cats, dogs, hamsters, lizards or anything else.
Guests will be required to fill in the condo association short term rental form prior to receive check in instructions and door code access.

We stayed at this property in late April early May 2026. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and was nicely equipped. Although this unit is located in an older property, it was well maintained, and the pool area was lovely with adequate shade. The pool was slightly heated which made it perfect during cooler spring days. Another plus, this property was very quiet…neither street noise nor noise from neighbors. The host provided very good information and was very responsive to some questions we had. We especially appreciated his assistance, updating us by text on how to access the property, when our flight was delayed and we arrived much later and more tired than expected.The property is conveniently located across the street from a Publix and near some very good restaurants.

The unit is as described. The week we were there the pool was very crowded and had a difficult time getting a seat. Community was nice. We used the gym a few times and walked outside the complex quite a bit. This was a good location as a middle point to do an activities in St Pete, Dunedin, parks and beaches.

The condo was clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Ted was easy with quick responses. Location was great in relation to multiple beaches and sights. The pool was nice but crowded. Would highly recommend this condo.
