Deer Path is a lovely modern country home that sits on five acres.
It offers you an open floor plan, lots of sunshine streams through an abundance of windows, a large private rear deck that has twenty-mile views every season, a cook's kitchen with gas, and your own private creek.
A wrap-around covered front porch can be enjoyed year-round.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed. The house was extremely clean and in excellent condition. The road up the mountain was one of the easiest we've been on. It was paved and wide enough for two cars to get by without having to look for a place for someone to pull off. The property was very quiet. It was only about 15 minutes to DuPont and about 20 to Brevard and Pisgah. We didn't spend mich time at the house, but it did have some dvd's, games, puzzles, a ping pong table, and cornhole for guest use. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.

We were very impressed with the overall property. They had everything you needed on the site. We definitely enjoyed our time really enjoyed playing ping-pong, and the outdoors was beautiful, especially the wildlife in the yard every day.

Very nice house, well maintained and clean, very quiet and relaxing area. We saw deers daily and three times white squirrels.
