About this house rental
Housing located on the slopes of the Tamadaba Natural Park in a rural setting. Ideal place for hiking and exploring its wonderful landscapes. Located next to the "Los Berrazales" winery.
The house is 10 minutes from the beach of Agaete (Puerto de las Nieves) and 20 minutes from the famous painted cave of Gáldar.

We had a very nice stay at Julian’s place. It is the ground floor of the house he lives in with his family with a separate entrance. The surrounding area is very apropriate for hikers, the nearby villages provide places for dinner. The house is well equipped so you can also choose to prepare your own meals.

The property was very clean, spacious and well presented.
My only minor criticism is that it property and garden only has the sun for the middle of the day due to being up a steep valley. This meant the evenings were cold in the property, as it doesn't have central heating and on returning from our days out we were unable to have a beer in the sun as the sun had already dropped behind the hills. We therefore tended to enjoy the early evenings in Agaete which remained warm until the sunset.

We had a relaxing holiday at the house of Julian. A room with babybed for our baby, also very nice sitting area and garden outside! Nice views too! The location very good, away from mass tourism and but close to supermarket (you do need a car) and good seafood restaurants in Puerto las Nieves!

We realy enjoyed the place: quit spot with beautiful views, no tourists, living with the locals, plenty of room in the house, sunny garden, and very friendly and helpful owners. Good starting point too: right from the house you can start your hikes up hill or take the bus to Agaete and surroundings.
