About this house rental
40 km north of Kolari, located amidst the ski trails of Äkäslompolo at Maahisentie 5. This semi-detached house, built in 2007, is constructed from thermal logs and includes a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom, a loft (20 m²), a bathroom with toilet, an electric sauna, a separate toilet, and a heated ski maintenance room.
The bedroom has a double bed, the combined kitchen/living room features a sofa, and the open loft includes two 80 cm beds, a 120 cm bed, an additional mattress for one, and a sofa bed. The total floor area is 65 m², with 20 m² on the loft.
A shared 5G 200M WiFi connection is available with the neighboring apartment.
Please note that charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted at this property.
