The bunk bed has a full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top. The queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom takes up most of the bedroom space. The detached living quarters include two bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedrooms has queen size beds.

The house is part of community of 10 houses or so on a small peninsula called McGinnis Point. This property is located in no-wake cove perfect for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The property is a 2 minute walk from a public boat ramp. The launch fee is $5. The launch area has trailer parking. The property is located on a private road/dead end with very little traffic. It's safe for children to play in the yard without fear of fast moving vehicles. There are several gas stations and a grocery store nearby. Rock B Ranch is about 15 minutes away from our property.

Perfect for a large family getaway easy access for the kayaks. The little kids caught a few little fish off the dock. Will definitely be planning a return trip next year..

It was a really great experience despite the rain. Location is great, boat launch is 50 yards away. The guest house is perfect to put kids in and looks brand new. Boat dock worked great for 2 boats abd could fish right off the dock. 20 ride to Hell’s Gate and can surf & tube right outside the cove from the house in 45’ deep smooth water. Cove is super deep and protected.
