It is located on the 3rd floor of its building, which provides an elevator to the 2nd floor and continues with stairs to the 3rd. It includes large windows that let in lots of light and provide spectacular views of the city. The apartment features an ergonomic, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a modern and comfortable sitting area with large screen TV, central air conditioning, and a magnificent terrace from which you can enjoy the beauty of Zakynthos town at any time of the day. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace.

Visitor attractions in Zakynthos include the well known church of San Dionisio, which houses the saint's relics, various museums, and the distinctive squares of D. Solomos and Saint Mark, the latter of which dates to the Venetian era and is home to the island's sole catholic church. A very attractive neighborhood surrounds the ruins of the old Venetian castle, which are situated at the top of the hill of Strani in the city's back, in addition to the seaside (marine road) and its tiny interior streets.
