CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. The large balcony was the best feature of the rental. We enjoyed sitting out looking at the ocean. In the afternoons we had snacks and refreshments outside. The sunrises were spectacular. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The photos we saw online made the room appear a little larger. We did have a enjoyable stay.

The best part of the condo by far was the spacious sundeck balcony. However, the million dollar view was tainted secondary to a kitchen furnished from the dollar tree. Melted utensils, rusted pans. The coffee pot was not the quality I would have expected. The hot plate was rusted. The size of the room was as expected, the floors were a bit dirty.The resort itself was a bit dingy and dirty.The outdoor water amenities were not operational for the first three days of our stay. The pillows on the bed are flat and did not provided support.
