About this house rental
It has an independent entrance from the street and swimming pool exclusively for its guests. The ground floor has a living room overlooking the pool, full bathroom and a kitchen with full utensils. It has an exclusive terrace for its customers equipped with table and six chairs and four sun loungers. The upper floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All beds are 2.00 meters long. The house has registration in the General Tourism Register of the Government of the Canary Islands with number VV-35-3-0000700. It has about 120 m2 and the outer space of about 100m2 in which the pool is 3 by 6 meters. The master bedroom has two beds of 1.05m x 2.00m, bathroom en suite and room equipped with desk. The other two bedrooms have a 1,50m x 2,00m bed with direct access to a balcony. The other bathroom is in the intermediate zone between the three bedrooms. The house has wifi connection, television with satellite connection in German, English, Spanish and Netflix. The house has a lot of light and the bedrooms and the living room have a darkening system to prevent sun exposure and rest. The parking is on the public road for free, providing the area of ease to park. The house has a free safe for its customers, alarm service for when they are absent and want to activate it, beach towels, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, first aid kit, hair dryer, oven, microwave, washing machine, drying rack , iron and everything you need to enjoy a practical and pleasant stay. The house is located in a residential area, central in the village of Tias, from where you can walk in a few minutes, to the supermarket, bakeries, fruit shops, sports center, bank branches, pharmacies, health center, taxi rank and Bus, City Hall and the commercial area of Tías framed in the Central Avenue and surroundings, where you can find a variety of restaurants and bars with traditional Spanish cuisine and from other countries. It is an ideal house to relax, located practically in the center of the island. At less than 300 m, there is the taxi rank and bus stop (in the direction of Arrecife, Teguise, Puerto del Carmen, Yaiza, Playa Blanca, etc ...)

This was my second visit to this very comfortable villa. Meri, the owner has improved the property since my last visit, adding heating to the pool and air conditioning to the house, while very welcome additions these extras weren't necessary to improve this experience.
The villa is perfectly located, Meri is a considerate and t thoughtful host who has high standards that guarantee the ideal holiday experience.

We have been renting holiday apartments and villas for 20 years and this has been the best. Very centrally located within Tias, we hired a car this time but it really wasn't necessary as the bus stop, supermarket and local restaurants are easy to walk to.
The villa is very comfortable and very well equipped, there was even fire lighters for the barbecue!
We loved it so much that we booked 3 weeks for next year before we finished this year's holiday.
Mery, the owner is the perfect host, friendly, incredibly helpful yet unobtrusive. Perfect villa, perfect host, excited to return next year.
