About this house rental
Summary:
3 floors, high speed internet, dedicated workspace, large fridge, dishwasher, laundry, 3 TVs, pool, foosball - your perfect home for family or work colleagues -especially for an extended stay (maybe a renovation or relocation). Centrally located in downtown Burlington with easy access to QEW, 403 & 407, & Go station. Walking distance to Spencer Smith waterfront park, Mapleview mall, and hospitals. The house is fully equipped - just bring your clothes!
The Space:
Fully equipped, recently upgraded kitchen
4 bedrooms all with queen beds (primary has an ensuite)
3 bathrooms with showers
3 TVs
Central heating and AC
Beautiful salt pool
Guest Access:
No part of the property is shared with anyone else. Guests will have full, private access to the entire house, back and front yards.
The garage is not available to guests and is locked.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in downtown Burlington. Easy access to QEW, 403 & 407. Walking distance to Spencer Smith waterfront park, festivals, Mapleview mall, Burlington beaches.
Getting Around:
There's ample parking in the driveway and on the street (observe the street parking signs though!)
The nearest transit stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. More details about the transit system are available from the Burlington Transit website.
The Burlington Go Station is 10 minutes by transit or a 5 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must provide valid, government issued photo ID.
We do not allow parties or any excessive noise. Guests found in violation will have their reservations canceled without a refund.
While the pool is open, we will access the backyard weekly (or more often as required - especially after a heavy rainfall) to test the water and make any adjustments to the salt and/or chemical levels. Pool servicing typically happens on Friday mornings.
We will access the backyard without entering the house to minimize disruption, but sometimes we cannot provide advance notice of a pool tech visit.
Lawn care takes place on Thursday afternoons around 3:30.

My co-host Matt is always available to help guests. I live nearby and am sometimes available to pop over.

It was the best choice we could have made, the accommodations were outstanding, inside and out. The pool was great given the extreme warm temperatures during our family’s visit. Would highly recommend it to anyone.Thank you so very much.

The home was extremely clean, perfect for the eight of us, and was just as it was pictured. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was fabulous and was used every day. The bathrooms were renovated and gorgeous. If anything to suggest - bring black washcloths to use.
