About this apartment rental
Our King Suite offers a private bathroom and pull out sofa in living room. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, coffee maker and dinnerware for all your dinning needs. Our boutique motel also offers a pool, fishing dock, grills, bikes, kayaks, paddle board and more. We also have beach chairs and wagons on a first come basis. We are located on the quiet north Clearwater Beach and only a 5 minute walk to the beach or 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

We loved the location and unit but it was not a king suite and did not have a pull out couch. We were given an air mattress to help.
The pool was amazing. The grounds were impeccably clean. The grills and kayaks were like new. Location was an easy walk to the beach and town. The chairs and umbrella they lent to us were like new. They also offered coolers and wagons.
The other guests were polite and made for an incredible week. And the fireworks on the 4th of July were wonderful to watch right on the dock.

The condo was clean and a nice size for a couple. Great location, walkable to restaurants

Wonderful place to stay. Only blocks from the beach. Pool was nice. Jennie was wonderful to work with. We would definitely come back.
