Enjoy this custom built home within the exclusive Mountain Air, Resort. This home sits adjacent to the country club, tennis courts, and private airstrip. Offering seven beds, and 3 full baths this home will not disappoint. With a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course and the Tennessee mountain range, the views are breathtaking and will be the focal point of your stay. Enjoy coffee overlooking the sunrise, and a glass of wine by the homes' wood-burning fireplace as the sun sets over the mountains.
You and your family will create wonderful memories that you will cherish for many years to come.
The home is equipped with a smart lock. Guests will be emailed the password within the "welcome packet". Unless needed, there will be no interaction between guest and host because pg the smart home system.

Like all cabins in the area, wildlife of all types is very common. the home is completely encircled by a deep forest. Many guests often see bears, deer, and other fun exciting wildlife during their stay.
The home is a total of three floors.
First floor- Laundry Room, Den with futon, Bedroom with two twin beds, & full bath/shower.
Second Floor (main floor) Fully stocked kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, den, large stone fireplace, television, bathroom, and two bedrooms.
Third Floor- Master bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi tub. Loft with library and games.
Pilots and their families appreciate the ease of access provided by the 2,875-foot runway on top of the mountain, making this a true fly-in community. This convenience provides flexible work and travel opportunities. While Mountain Air is a fly-in community with its own runway, nearby regional airports provide ready access to national and international travel.
Only a few short miles from the local grocery store and downtown Burnsville, we are located in the ideal location for the feeling of seclusion with the benefits of small-town amenities close by.

This property is over 4,000 feet up on the mountain. There are stunning views. The air is cool and we slept with the windows open. There is a steep incline to reach the property and walking up is not for the faint of heart. The property has many antiques, so don't expect modern furnishings, especially in the basement.
