About this apartment rental
This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 1,215 square feet. You will enjoy one king bed in the master bedroom, two Double beds in the guest bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, dining area and two bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is eight.
Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access and Jetted Tub.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated.
After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. We currently do not have other dates available, if you contact us, we can put you on our waiting list for specific unit size or dates at your desired resort. After you check out you MUST provide the name of the person who is going to check in at our resort. The person checking in MUST BE 21 years old, have a valid form of ID and a credit card in their name. There are NO exceptions. If you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. The name that is on your account at checkout will be placed on the reservation. That name must have picture ID and a cc for damages to check in with our front desk staff. If your name needs to be changed their may be a $99.00 fee.
Please note by reserving this listing you are opting in to our "Upgrade Policy." If an upgrade for a larger unit, or a higher quality resort within the vicinity of your current property becomes available, we will automatically upgrade your property to ensure your stay is just that much better free of charge! Now if you would like to opt out of our "Upgrade Policy" please make sure to let us know in your first message. Depending on the length of your stay and since resorts do not clean the suites daily, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Some units include wider than typical unit interior doorways, lever handles on all doors, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers.
Some units include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm and closed captioned TV.

The resort is conveniently adjacent to the Metro rail and Amtrak rail, so close you can hear the trains!

We really enjoyed staying here. The property was very clean and well cared for. It was only a block from the Metro which took us into DC for sightseeing each day.
The town of Alexandria and King Street is fun to explore.

Loved the location of this property, we did find out that the metro is closed nearby for renovations until May 2023 however they provide bus service to a metro station that is very close. I liked how tucked away and quiet the property was but very close to the trolley that would take you up and down King Street. Unit was spacious, laundry facilities not in rooms but available laundry rooms on each floor. Overall a fabulous resort and location.

We have stayed here several times previously and love the location.
The condo had some minor problems, that would not be able to be addressed immediately (structural)--we did not escalate.
Sadly Metro shut down for 2-month maintenance last 2-days of our stay--irritation not critical.
