Host was in contact on regular basis.Appliances seemed updated recently.Basement games were big hit to kids and adults. Could upgrade the bathroom towels. Drive to downtown Raleigh took about 20min.

The kitchen was fully equipped, with both keurig and regular coffee machines. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. House was in a good neigborhood and close to restaurants and venues. Small complaint -while all rooms had towel sets on each bed, it would have been nice to have extra towels and blankets.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our group. Just be aware that the stairs to the basement are steep. This is where the 4th bedroom and second living room are located and laundry.
