This elegantly designed beachfront condo is not only sophisticated but perfectly comfortable for 4 of your friends and family to make memories that last a lifetime. It is a 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath Deluxe and boasts great beach and pool views and a spacious open floor plan design. Simple, et beautifully appointed beach residence, with colors of blues, greens and tans to soothe the soul.
The living room has plenty of room for everyone to enjoyably lounge for family movie night, it has a queen sleeper sofa and two very comfortable recliner chairs. It features a wall mounted 85” Smart TV, Computer workstation area with chair behind sofa, a cozy sitting area for two with Tiki inspired lighting and chess/checker table.
The dining area can easily seat 4 people (can extend to 6 for additional dinner guests) with counter stools at the kitchen bar. The dining room credenza holds a variety of placemats for your table and a variety of games! 2 decks of cards, dominoes, backgammon, 10 puzzles, Rumikub, Family Feud and Win, Lose or Draw.
The serene master suite is a perfect way to unwind after a day on the shore with a queen-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, resort style linens, a relaxing upholstered chair to watch the ocean or read a book by the tripod lamp, two dresser and a walk-in closet to store all of your belongings.
The bath that includes a walk-in tile shower with grab bars and a double vanity with gorgeous granite counter tops.
Regarding location - this condo can't be beat! It is on the second floor near the elevator, but it has amazing beachfront views of that beautiful Port Aransas beach. To enjoy your evening just walk outside to watch one of a kind sunrises and sunsets right from your private balcony. Sit and relax in one of two rocking chairs and table, or dining table with chairs for four. Six outdoor tie-down cushions are located in the bedroom closet.
