About this cabin rental
Welcome to "Papa's Place," our family-friendly cabin located just 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park and neighbor to our other cabin, "Luke's Landing." This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin's outdoor space is filled with spectacular amenities like a deluxe BBQ, spacious covered area, smokeless Solo Stove firepit, portable EV charger, and corn hole. Imagine soaking in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the hiking trails or playing in the snow, enjoying a drink with friends and family under the covered area, or roasting marshmallows with the kids in the evening. Memories await at Papa's Place!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, propane oven and cooktop, blender, waffle maker, hand mixer, toaster, crock pot, Keurig Duo, cooking basics, spices, island w/stools
GENERAL: Starlink WiFi, keyless entry, linens & towels, laundry machines, air conditioning (mini-split in the living room), ceiling fan,
PARKING: Gravel area - Plenty of room for 3-4 vehicles
SECURITY CAMERAS: All Cameras will be ON:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Cell phone service can be spotty. Enabling WIFI calling on your phone will provide the best reception. Power and internet go down frequently. We do not provide refunds due to power outages.
HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking (outside is okay, but please use the ashtray provided)
- No pets allowed (if violated, a $500 fee will be imposed and could lead to eviction without a refund)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Signed rental agreement required
- $300 security deposit "hold" required
- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors and designated quiet hours
- Please report any damages that occur to the property Owner
SPA ADDENDUM:
- It is your responsibility to learn about safety precautions and procedures concerning spa use. You agree to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they're in or around the spa at all times. You are hereby notified that the spa can be dangerous and you fully agree to use it at your own risk. You are further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. There are no rails to prevent a fall. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use of the spa, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings.

Cabin was lovely! The outdoor area is great, hot tub, covered seating, firepit, etc. Kirchen is well stocked. The beds are quite firm so if thats how you like it, you will be pleased.

The house was very cozy and clean and also very accommodating. The host was amazing! We ran into some issues at a previous vacation rental and this house host was super helpful in helping us when we needed a new place to go… this helped make our transition smooth and comfortable! The house was perfect and when they add on the additional space we will definitely be utilizing it for future bigger family trips. Love the location, and the craftsmen of the home.

The space is impressive and perfect every consideration was made and because of the stay is relaxing cozy and perfect to disconnect and just be with your people or person. If you have children though this place is amazing and again everything you need was thought of! The grill omg! The details in the home, again perfect. It is exactly as picture and actually even better, so much space. We even saw Deer on the property in the late nights and early mornings 10/10, 100/100 5 stars. We cant wait to come back!
