An apartment in the heart of Santo Spirito by Mmega

Apartment was exactly what I needed for only a few days, traveling solo. As advertised, it is up steep stairs and the bed is lofted on a steep ladder - not a problem or a bother but not for someone who has mobility issues. It’s clearly an old building and there are some places where the age shows on the walls or ceilings, but that’s what I expect of an historic older building. It’s clean, quaint and secure. Wifi, tv, hot water and AC all worked well. Plenty of drawer space and cabinet if you need it. Kitchen well stocked. Host was responsive and checking in/out was easy. Exactly as I’d expect value for the price, and I’d stay here again

First, I want to say that Soroush's service was superb...the location is fantastic, Ponte Vecchio is 7 minutes away, the Galleria and Duomo are less than 10 minutes away, the central market is 10 minutes away, all within walking distance...the train station is a 20-minute walk, in short, everything was perfect

I would definitely recommend this place to stay! The check in process was super easy, the property manager communicated well. It’s a very small space, but you get what you pay for and we didn’t mind. The location makes it worth it, it’s close to everything but not in a too busy spot.

WHILE THE PHOTO IS ACCRUATE IT IS DECIEVING.THE BED SPACE IS UP A VERY STEP LADDER ON A LOFT PLATFORM. NOT ADVISABLE TO THOSE WITH POOR FOOTING OR SMALL CHILDREN. WE HAD TO REQUEST THE AC TO BE SERVICED THE UNITS WERE VERY DIRTY AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE OVERALL IMPRESSION IS CLEANINESS IS NOT THE TOP PRIORITY.
