With 2200 square feet of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, one tub, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and laundry, there is room for the whole family or a large group of friends. Open floor plan for entertaining, yet plenty of privacy for all. The patio doors from the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms all disappear into the wall to increase your entertaining space. The entire home has been completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom 2: king bed, bedroom 3: queen bed and bedroom 4: two twin beds, sleeping a total of eight.
Boaters will love the 2 minute, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It’s a quick half hour ride to Sanibel or Captiva and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between.
The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family is very busy all the time with work, and our kids schedules so we often don’t get a lot of time all together and it was the perfect setting to spend time together. The property was beautiful especially with the sunsets, and we enjoyed going out in the kayaks, fishing on the dock, and spending time in the pool, and we even did a puzzle. It has plenty of room for everyone and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely villa in great location, short distance to shops and restaurants. Fabulous outside space with large pool. Had great fun kayaking in the wide canals. Good fishing from the dock and even spotted some dolphins. Enjoyed cycling around the quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again.
