About this house rental
This 1827 estate is a romantic’s dream. Enjoy the view+sounds of the rushing Black River from a 1,200 sqf deck. Cozy master bedroom features Queen bed and reading area, with folding Full bed available too. The parlor features amazing sofa that converts to very comfortable Queen bed. Black marble fireplace (gas) is warm! Cozy up with a glass of wine and a movie. Beautiful custom kitchen has the antique look w/ all new appliances. Dining room is perfect for family dinner and enjoying all our games + puzzles after. Bathroom is stocked with conveniences. Visit an awesome local diner for breakfast or our favorite bar/grill for dinner, both 2 minutes away. Laundry area for your convenience. We take pride in providing the extra touch so you can relax! Every guest is offered guided tour of the remainder of the house (2nd floor undergoing historic restoration.)

The photos do NOT do this place justice! Sooooo romantic and absolutely gorgeous! The time period touches were on point and the restoration they've done so far is beautiful. Hot tub was FANTASTIC!!! If i could rate this place 10 stars, I would. We will definitely be back- thank you!!!!

We couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up but the host was incredibly helpful and offered to come fix it. But we just decided to enjoy the house itself. It’s ornate and beautiful! The upstairs is not accessible but I would have loved to see the rest of that beautiful home!

We were only able to stay one night, but enjoyed our time immensely. From the jaunt down to the riverside, to the last embers in the firepit, the whole evening was an enormous respite for us. Thank you for sharing this lovely place in which you have invested so much.
