Recently renovated 2-bedroom 1.5-bath beach house near historic Canal Street in downtown New Smyrna Beach. Easily sleep six with two beds and a pullout couch. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, farmers markets, parks and the intercoastal. A five-minute drive to beautiful white sand beaches. Large, shaded backyard with fire pit and dining area. Driveway parking and street parking available.

The property was everything it was reported to be, but more. There were little touches of fresh flowers placed around the house. There was wood left for the fire pit. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and finding unique places to eat. We would indeed stay here again.

Yes. Its pet friendly. However, it’s an open yard. Mostly backyard. Kinda messy, old broken chairs, table, plastic lids, bits of glass on the patio, weeds, not mowed, overgrown. Private backyard, nice location. Short walk to a park, historic canal street, nice neighborhood. Inside is a bit dusty, no broom, mop, dustpans. Living room, 2-bedrooms. One and a half bath! Nice size! Wood floors. We enjoyed coffee in the morning at the picnic table. Easy in and out. Parking!!! Yes. Plenty of parking.
