The place was very nice. Heat stays up in the rooms vs in the living room but a space heater was given to make up for this.

We were happy and enjoyed the house with our stay. The check in process was easy and smooth, especially the host was very responsive as we had any questions. I would like to thank you for the hospitality. We enjoyed the stay at your property and if we have any plan in future, we will definitely return. Once again, we appreciate all the hospitality and empathy.

Yes the host was welcoming but there were two major issues 1. The location address was totally different than where we stayed. Instead of being a block away from the subway we were were eight blocks up a big hill. We had a baby and two toddlers. 2. Even though it's no days prior to our arrival, the steps to the apartment had 3 to 4 in of ice on it and were very dangerous and made going into the apartment the first day extremely dangerous and difficult to bring our belongings. After we complain, they cleared the steps the next day
