About this villa rental
Our property is by the sea of Argosaronikos with an amazing view of the islands of Hydra and Dokos, with its own private beach, large wonderful garden and newly built swimming pool.
Our place is ideal for family vacations, group bookings, event hosting, corporate bookings, yoga groups etc. Idyllic for families with children, nature lovers and people who want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Greece away from crowded beaches and places.
All these combined with a large variety of activities:
- Water activities such as: swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and sea bicycle.
- Sports such as: Enjoy our private tennis/basketball court along with other activities such as trampoline, jogging on the beach, hiking etc.
- Other: Food & drinking (there is a wide selection of nice restaurants around where you can taste local Greek food).
- Excursions: The property is placed in a strategic location, making it an ideal retreat that will serve as a base for short trips around the lush sceneries of the Eastern Peloponnese. You can arrange daily excursions to destinations like:
- Hydra island (15min)
- Spetses island (40min)
- Poros island (35min)
- Hermioni (15min)
or to historical sites such as:
-Micynae and Argos(1.45h)
-Epidavros (50min)
-Nafplion and Tirynth (1.30h)
The residence is comprised of three separate houses (one beachfront house of 185 sq.m., one house on 3 levels, of 500 sq.m. and one guesthouse) with 3 living rooms (2+1), 2 indoor dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens.
The first villa (185 sq.m.) is beachfront and only has a ground floor. On this house there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is also a fully equipped, open plan kitchen and two living rooms, one of which has a fireplace. In addition, there is a large dining room and a guest W.C.
The largest villa (500 sq.m), in the middle of the plot, consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a dining room a kitchenette and a living room with a fireplace, TV. There are also 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful mountain views.
Going up a level, there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of them offer a mountain view, similar to the previous ones, while the rest gaze upon the gulf emerald waters.
Finally, on the basement there is a second larger fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for many people.
The third villa, located at the back of the lot, is practically a guest house. There is a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 more people. There is also a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.
In the garden, you will find an outdoor shower, numerous parasols and sunbeds, right in front of the beach and the swimming pool. Moreover, just outside the beachfront house there is an outdoor covered dining area, with a fully equipped BBQ and a wood oven.
The swimming pool located in front of the beachfront house has a fantastic view of the sea. It is ideal for kids and asults, its size is 50sq.m with sweet water and its max depth is 2m.
Estate's amenities include: Air conditioning in all 9 bedrooms, WiFi internet access, 3 TVs, DVD player, 1 sound systems, CD collection, books, toys, mosquito nets, washing/dryer machine, sea bicycle, two canoes, bicycles, trampoline, parking spaces.
The property is also offered for events such as marriages, parties etc.
Also more people can be accomodated in seperate guest houses in the complex at an extra fee with maximum guest capacity of 30 people, please contact the owner for more info.

The most amazing villa we have been to. Aris the owner was fantastic nothing was to much trouble. We are on a family holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday plus a beautiful place for my son to propose. The views are beautiful plus our own private beach. What a place hope to return one day

We stayed at Villa Aris for one week with 9 adults. Besides the wonderful view and the charm of the property, Aris is a superb host. He is happy to arrange local tours and also found a great chef to prepare a couple of dinners for us. Because he lives nearby, he is available to help with any issues immediately. If you are cooking at the villa, the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and serving items. Comfortable beds, furnishings and places to gather for large groups. Housekeeping and grounds staff keep the place clean and running smoothly. We ended up spending two of our seven days just enjoying the pool, beach and views. Overall an excellent stay!

13 members of our family stays in Villa Aris for a week. we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host is extreamly friendly and attentive, was easy to communicate. we had the exact amount of privacy we desired but still had a filling we are taking cared of.

We had a lovely week in the villa, there were 13 of us and more than enough space for all.
The fantastic house is matched by its host - Aris. We opted not to hire a car (potentially a mistake) but Aris arranged taxis for us and even took us shopping! The consummate host.
He also recommended and booked local tavernas for us which were fantastic in both the cuisine and the ambience / location.
Aris also helped us with the bbq and pizza oven - nothing was too much trouble.
A big shout out also to the wonderful housekeeper Tila who went above and beyond in keeping the villa exceptionally clean and tidy - no mean feat given its size.
We spent plenty of time round the pool which we loved and was suitable for all swimming abilities - there were plenty of sunbeds, towels and umbrellas and also plenty of space for games on the large lawn.
We also utilised the kayak, paddle boards and the pedalo which were particularly popular with the 6 teenagers with us.
We were a three generations group and the villa was suitable for all.
I’d highly recommend a stay here - a perfect location to unwind and relax but also a great base for exploring the wider area.
