About this house rental

This newly built 5-bedroom holiday home in peaceful Petit-Thier offers stunning views of the rolling Ardennes countryside. With 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and modern amenities, it accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for families seeking comfort and tranquility. Set just 5 km from Vielsalm, the home is ideally located for exploring the Ardennes. Discover the historic towns of Malmedy and Stavelot, visit the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, or hike near Baraque Fraiture, Belgium’s highest point. Inside, enjoy a spacious open kitchen and living-dining area that opens to a large, covered terrace and a 1200 m² garden with a playground. A recreation room offers indoor fun with table games, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. A utility room includes a washer, dryer, and extra sink, ideal for longer stays. Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort, and ample private parking is available. Please note: max occupancy is 8 per municipal rules. No parties or youth groups allowed to preserve the peaceful setting.
