We enjoyed having this cottage getaway while we were in town for family events all weekend! Very peaceful and relaxing with great views and wildlife. We saw deer and listened to birds singing - the perfect weekend retreat!

This was the best VRBO property I have ever stayed at! Totally lived up to the photos. Gorgeous sunsets every night from our private setting. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated with every ammenity. Steps to the very private beach. We'll definitely be going back!!

We loved the neighborhood! Nature setting in beautiful village of Cheshire. Nice walking trails alone the streams & neighborhood. Short driving distance to Asheville & many hikes.
The house itself is beautiful & modern as shown. The hot tub was a nice end to day after hiking.
The owner was fantastic to work with & great response time.
Only con & reason not 5 star, in my book, was there is no bedroom with bathroom. The king bed is in open loft area above family room & kitchen. There is a bathroom close to the first floor room with smaller bed that could be used for master. Still would book again.
