Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good.

This place is amazing. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and was really impressed. The owner even leaves out coffee, creamer, sweetener and to-go cups if needed. It was very clean and bright. Of course the scenery is beautiful. This is a great place for a couples getaway. I highly recommend.

If I could give it 6 stars I would! Very nice one bedroom apartment located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Close to the center of town for shopping. Charles is an outstanding host. We used to stay in the local hotels when visiting family in Southbury but no more, from now on Charles will have us as repeat guests. Highly recommend.

This place was clean, quiet, scenic and close to our venue. The owner clearly communicated through the entire process. Some snacks in the cupboard were appreciated. The water bottles in the fridge were an added touch. We would stay there again. Thanks
