Guest Access:
Free parking in the rear side of the building. 1 Parking space per unit reserved all other 1st cove 1st serve. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day
List of what is provided: 2 Bicycles cruisers .Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Condo space was good. Need tvs in bedrooms, the tile outside on balcony was slick when the morning dew was present. Created a safety issue. Furniture was cheap, uncomfortable, especially beds. Not relaxing at all, we left a day early due to beds being small and uncomfortable.

Wonderful location, stunning views of the ocean with easy access to the walkover right across the street. Close enough to walk to restaurants near the pier, but far enough away to be less congested. The fun wine bar and soda shop downstairs were a bonus! We had great guests next door so sharing the porch was not an issue at all. Parking is a bit tricky, but once you are there-no real need to drive around! Property was well maintained- a challenge by the beach and thoughtful amenities were appreciated. We would definitely stay again!
