We had a great stay at Rick’s place. There was plenty of room to hangout and the pool was pristine. Rick was super accommodating and based on his availability offered both and early check in and late check out. He clearly communicated check in and check out instructions. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I needed a last minute place to stay after we had issues with a different rental while waiting for our house to be built. Rick had availability and was able to get us situated. The pool was very well maintained, and was definitely our favorite part of the home. The home was spacious, clean, and stocked on essentials for daily chores and even some items for the beach. We can’t thank Rick enough for his hospitality during our stay and would recommended this home for anyone looking for a place to stay in the IRB area.

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. We went for spring training baseball the property was like 20 minutes from ballpark, 5 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and maybe 20 to Clearwater Beach. There is also tons of stuff in the immediate area of the home. Shopping, coffee, more bars and restaurants. Super easy to get whatever you need or want. Communication with property owner was great and he was super responsive. Great experience.

The home was great! My family stayed for the week and we had everything we needed to make it a great stay. Quiet neighborhood and would recommend to any other family looking for a place to stay close to the beach.
