Gather together in luxury and enjoy the amazing views! Big Sky 605 Lodge is a brand-new custom-built home in the highly desirable Powder House Pass Development designed to be the gathering place of your dreams for making memories with friends and family. Handicapped friendly, the main floor of this house is zero entry.
This hand-crafted 5100 sq ft lodge features 6 bedrooms/ 5.5 bathrooms and sleeps 27. With an additional 1800 square feet of outdoor living space, there is room to gather together, or to spread out. Unique and spacious, this lodge boasts a giant great room with a two-story fireplace and ample comfortable seating, all in front of a massive bank of windows to enjoy the view of the Black Hills. You will love the spacious kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to gather with a 14-foot island and a 12-foot-long table! You’ll find all the amenities you could hope for, including two ovens, two coffee pots, a massive amount of fridge space and plenty of storage. Outdoors on the covered deck there are 2 large BBQ grills, a cast iron griddle, and patio table and chairs! The oversized heated garage will also become a favorite gathering space since it is decked out with a bar table, tools for keeping your rigs on the trails, outdoor games and an oversized double door display fridge.
Your group will surely enjoy the upstairs game room with its generous bar area, arcade space, and game table. The patio doors lead out to the unique rooftop lounge above the garage with amazing views and comfortable seating. Another place to spread out is in the lower-level walk-out with an additional family room and a kids’ play area.
Another great outdoor area is in the backyard where you can enjoy the fire-pit area, the hot-tub, and a table for gathering to enjoy nature! Bringing the kids? They can play on the outdoor playset! Guests are also welcome to use the two outdoor pools and the community clubhouse at the PHP entrance.
Big Sky 605 Lodge also boasts custom furniture galore, two laundry rooms, a treadmill with views, a unique backyard area, and plenty of space for vehicles and trailers to park.

It facilitated our family gathering perfectly. From play set outside for our youngest grandchild, to older children and adults. Plenty of room for all in different games and activities. There were 19 of us and all were comfortable sleeping, eating and enjoying the day! I would recommend this home for anyone!

The property was exactly as expected. Beautiful house with plenty of room for our group of 16. The beds were VERY comfortable! The house was spotless and very clean. We spent most our time on the outdoor living spaces. The kitchen is big and very functional. We would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

This was a spacious home with enough square footage for large families to spread out when necessary yet intimate enough for dinner meals to be shared in one common space. You can say homes have all the amenities and this home was the best equipped of any home that I have stayed in my 50 years of travel. I need to only summarize by saying it has 3 washers and 2 dryers. We did not lack for anything.
