Huge house with ample room for a big group! Could use more seating in the main living room for a big group, but it was easy enough to pull chairs from elsewhere. If you're traveling with pets, the backyard is pretty small, but there's an awesome dog park/green space just down the block! Would definitely stay here again when the whole family travels together!

We stayed at this home from November 17 through the 24th, 2025. We were celebrating my sisters 70th birthday. The home was warm and inviting. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. Brenda was quick to respond to any requests or questions. There was a park and nature trails within walking distance from the house. It was a short drive to Old Town Spring which had great restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely stay here again when we travel to Spring in the future. The house has a lot of room to move around with a huge well equipped kitchen and open concept living area. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms made it perfect for our group. And the owner was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was very nice as well. I highly recommend staying here

Very nice house with plenty of space. There are four bedrooms plus a bonus room upstairs where kids or teens can hang out. The host was great to work with. The neighborhood is really quiet. The property was exactly what we needed and we really enjoy our stay!
