Travelled with my 80 year old parents to celebrate my.son graduation from WVU Tech. The location was great. Super close to campus, to Uptown Dish for breakfast and hiked some state parks. The Mine Exhibition Tour was top notches. And the house, positively perfect!

Property is an older style house, in need of some repair in areas eg fencing , shower head , neat and well stocked with kitchen basics and utensils .
Had an issue with stains on the top quilt , owner was quick to supply details of where to get an locate another quilt
