Enjoy the unique beautiful 4BR/2.5BA house that features mother/daughter layout with two zones and private pool! Our spacious house is designed to accommodate families or groups of friends, offering the ideal blend of privacy and togetherness.
This beautiful home features two distinct zones, each with its own fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring that everyone has ample space to relax and unwind. Whether you’re cooking a meal together or enjoying a quiet coffee in your own space, our house caters to all your needs.
The home has four bedrooms, with two located in one zone, and the other two in a separate end of the house for maximum privacy. Each living area features 2 dining sets and 2 loveseats.
Zone A:
• Master bedroom equipped with a King-sized bed;
• Another bedroom - with two Queen-sized beds;
• 1.5 bath.
Zone B:
• Two bedrooms with Queen bed in each room;
• 1 bath.
Swimming Pool: enclosed in a screened pool cage! The pool is currently not heated (the pool heater is available for a surcharge $300/week or $1000/month for 8 hrs/day heating).
2-car garage and additional parking spaces in the driveway.

This rental was amazing. Such a perfect setup for a family group (or a couple groups) - the dual areas really accommodate everyone. Everything was clean and in operating order. Good communication with the host.
