About this house rental
This newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury townhome sleeps 8 with two king beds and two twin bunk beds. It features gorgeous slope views. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel and there is a second living area that is ideal for movie and game nights. Primary suite with a king bed upstairs. High-end finishes throughout, private laundry and a private garage. Located in River Run Village so you're a short walk from shops, restaurants and the gondola.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a mounted flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and the picture frame windows offer gorgeous ski slope views. Head outside to the private deck for some fresh mountain air and warm up next to the fire pit.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a wine cooler available for guest use. Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer near the half bath. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.

On the lower level there are two more bedrooms and a second living area. The second living area offers comfortable seating around a mounted flat screen TV. Ideal for movie and game nights for family and friends. There is a guest bathroom on this level with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and its own private patio. It also has its own entrance to the downstairs guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin-sized bunk beds on our Ivory White Bedding program and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The private garage can be accessed from downstairs and offers room for two vehicles, plus room for two additional vehicles in the driveway.

Clear instructions on how to access the property. Very clean unit that looks just like the pictures. Beautiful views! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and gondola. Would stay here again.

Overall my family and I enjoyed the space this rental provided along with the views. We booked over spring break so we knew we would be overpaying for the home in order to have the larger space and amenities. That being said we were disappointed about a few things from what we expected. The fire pit and the grill were not useable and nothing was mentioned about this at any point for the time we booked this home. The hot tub was mentioned but we were under the impression it was close by, but it ended up being a 5 minute walk to another complex which was disappointing. The overall cleanliness was not was we expected for a high end rental and there was a smell of either musty carpet or someone who had smoked in the home. The responses from customer care team were quick but not very helpful with the issues we mentioned. Would have preferred to be a little closer to the lifts as well.
