About this villa rental
Beautiful seaside VILLA "Les Pieds dans l'eau" of 100m2 with beautiful view, direct access to the sea and the beach of the small North Port. It is surrounded by a large wooded, enclosed park of 1000m2 with parking and access to the rear street by a gate. It is made up of a large living room with sea view, a modern kitchen with serving hatch, a bathroom, three bedrooms, two of which have sea views, one with a large bed 160x200 and the other two with two 90x190 beds plus a folding bed (on request). It is located 1000m from the center of the village of FOURAS with all the necessary shops. Cleaning is not included. Sheets are not provided except on request. For the spring-fall rental, heating is billed according to consumption. Open ==> "More detail" == for the cleaning and the sheets !!

The villa is in an excellent position at one end of the north beach in Fouras. You have a fine view of the estuary and the fishing huts, and are a ten minute walk from town with its cafés, restaurants and, most importantly, the daily fish market, which has a vast array of fresh fish and seafood.
The villa itself is clean and well provisioned, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. With ample outdoor space at front and back, it is always possible to find the combination of sunshine/shade and sea breeze/calm that you want.
Overall a very good place to stay.
