Welcome to “Pioneer Perk”, where the friends are plenty and worries are few. Enjoy a Half-Caf, Double Tall, Easy Hazelnut, Non-Fat, No Foam With Whip, Extra Hot Latte and just know… that I’ll be there for you!
This is the perfect place to stay if you want to spend time in downtown Bend or on the Deschutes River. There's no better home base for exploring the outdoors than right here. This is Unit 120/121, A.K.A "Pioneer Perk" of the Pioneer Park Condos, a short 10-minute walk to the heart of downtown and 2 minutes to the Deschutes River and trails.
The condo is divided into two areas (hence the two unit numbers). Because they are close to the river and downtown, the Pioneer Park Condominiums were originally built in the late 1970s as a condominium hotel, or "condotel," until the HOA changed course decades ago to become a collection of private condos.
Guests love this place, among other reasons, because it has two full bathrooms. Two can sleep in the master bedroom, that offers a private bathroom. There's also a bathroom attached to the living room, offering a bathroom for him and her.
We can say with confidence that this condo will provide you all the comforts of home, given the personal touches and savvy design these owners provide. There's plenty of closet space, dressers, and drawers.

Enjoyed the condo and can’t beat location. If you want to cook or prepare your meals, I highly suggest that you bring your own pots and pans as there isn’t much available.

Great location. There were no towels in the condo when we went to the morning showers. Very inconvenient as we had an early morning day planned. When we called for hand towels and body towels after our day out with no shower, only 2 body towels were delivered for 3 nights. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The actual price and fees added were deceiving, but I guess that’s just VRBO.
